- Detailed family questionnaire - Customized sleep plan emailed to you - Follow up phone call with Kristen to review the sleep plan and answer any questions/concerns and to decide on which options to implement. - 2 weeks of unlimited phone calls, texts, and/or email support (8am-8pm) - Follow up email/call to congratulate you on your sleeping success!!! 2 week plan begins within 72 hours of you receiving your detailed sleep plan from Kristen

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule your 2 week session please do so 24 hours in advance. Once a sleep plan is emailed there will be no refund.
